This past year I had some "bean counters" in the company approach me and say we could save $15 a month by switching to a cheaper service. They had a cousin or uncle or second aunt twice removed who used godaddy or something else and they didn't see why we couldn't switch. I told them I've used godaddy and several other companies and I would be glad to let them spend the five hours or whole day trying to get a simple answer to a simple question.
We will never switch as long as I am in charge! I appreciate your great service.
Guys, your response to all of this has been outstanding and the reason I have sought to consolidate my business with Solid Space is because of the hand holding type of customer service you provide REGULARLY and at any time of day. Certainly, I have earned the title of "Resident Pain In The Neck", but I have a business to run and IT is not even remotely my forte, regardless of importance.No Kidding .you say? I am a Wake MBA but the fact that there is no I or T in any of that is self explanatory! You can't imagine what this very small but critical element of outsourcing means in terms of running an entrepreneurial business.

I am writing a long overdue thank you to you and your support staff. I have had my online business since early '96, and during that time I have had several different companies provide web hosting. I have been with SOLID SPACE for the past few years and you are by far the best I have ever had - in every area. But you really shine in your technical support activities. I have had quite a few "issues" with my website and online business over the years. I also know I have often been a royal pain, and my demands have sometimes been unreasonable - I always insist that I get immediate attention to my problems. But your support staff, especially Derek, have always handled my problems quickly and efficiently. I have been up and running without a hitch all these years - thanks largely to Derek. My often rude and unreasonable demands have been met with polite professionalism and I have always been more than satisfied. THANK YOU!

I don't know who helped me, but I just want to say that I am very impressed with the assistance I received during a tense situation. To you all, readjusting a link might be just a small change, to us; it's a really big deal. More impressive was the fact that I did not have to go through 300 voice menus, explain the situation to 20 different people, etc. I got a human on the line and he helped me immediately. It doesn't get any better than that. What a relief!
