SOLIDSPACE CLOSES 2005 WITH RECORD PROFITABILITY AND EXPANDED CUSTOMER BASE

Addition of Hosted Mac Offerings, Expanded Data Center Facilities and Podcasting Services Benefit Variety of Small-to-Medium Businesses

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., February 20, 2006 -- SolidSpace LLC, a leading provider of dynamic hosting infrastructure and developer of intuitive web-based collaborative technologies, today announced that it has completed 2005 with an over 30% increase in revenues and over 35% profitability. With over 1500 domains hosted, SolidSpace is officially the biggest hosting company in the Carolinas, positioning the company in the top 5% largest in the U.S. The employee base went from eight to 34 full time staffers. Infrastructure upgrades such as a larger data center and new product offerings that include MacMini dedicated servers, collocation and podcast hosting services poise the company for record success in 2006.

In the early part of this year SolidSpace will debut its new SolidSuite platform that will offer collaboration tools such as enterprise-class blogging, audio/video blogging, instant messaging, chat, surveying and polling software. Available together or separately in a subscription-based, software-as-a-service model, these products will empower SMBs with dynamic tools typically only available to larger businesses. Additionally, SolidSpace will also provide back-end CRM capabilities that include expense reporting, project management and sales lead tracking.

"Our goal ever since the company's inception was to provide the best, most cost-effective services and products for SMBs," said Jim Capps, president of SolidSpace LLC. "We have always been in tune to the evolving needs of our customers and continue to expand and grow our offerings to directly reflect that. As we move into 2006, SolidSpace will build upon the steady momentum we've experienced for the last three years. "

New clients in 2005 have spanned a range of industries from finance to broadcasting. With SolidSpace, these companies have been able to take advantage of services historically only offered to large-scale companies. Long-standing clients, such as Listingbook.com, a premier online real estate community, which has nearly 150,000 agent, buyer and seller accounts, have taken advantage of SolidSpace's diverse and flexible offerings as the company has evolved.

"Listingbook has been with SolidSpace for many years. When circumstances required the renovation of our facility, we truly understood the value of SolidSpace's collocation services and 24/7 reliability," said James Barry, president of Listingbook. "SolidSpace immediately redirected our website traffic to one of their hosting locations, ensuring no interruption of service. Since we are a web-based company with a suite of online productivity tools, downtime would have been extremely costly. Also, as we have grown significantly over the last five years, SolidSpace has kept pace by expanding our data onto multiple servers, enabling us to guarantee dependable service for our customers. In fact, we moved our entire data environment to SolidSpace's hosting facility in 2004."

To further enhance customer support, SolidSpace has also upgraded its air handling system, power system and internet connectivity and will soon offer a full mesh network. The company has also acquired 36,000 square feet of possible space for expansion space.
