James H. Capps III

President & CEO

James Capps is a founding partner of SolidSpace, LLC and resides as the Chief Executive Officer and President. In 2003 Mr. Capps with the support of SilkRoad Equity formed SolidSpace and accelerated its growth by acquiring hosting assets from several IT services companies.

Since then, Mr. Capps has lead SolidSpace with his seventeen years of computer industry experience and over twenty years of experience in sales and management. By concentrating on reliable and affordable IT services and unwavering technical support, James Capps has garnered SolidSpace a reputation of unmatched network knowledge and doubled its client base and profitability within the first five years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Capps learned key entrepreneurial lessons as founder and President of Affordable Computer Solutions (ACS). ACS was acquired by a Fortune 500 Company in 1996, which lead Mr. Capps to becoming the VP & division Head of IKON Office Solutions. In 1998 he invested in and became the Executive Vice President and CTO of NetUnlimited. In this position he was instrumental in the company growth through both sales and acquisition.

Over the years he has guided SolidSpace to the successful acquisition of several companies: Host Force, a web hosting and managed services company, Opinion Ware and Pendulab, Inc, a software design firm located in Singapore. By acquiring these companies, Mr. Capps diversified SolidSpace's portfolio and created new revenue generating product lines.

As CEO and President of SolidSpace, Mr. Capps oversees the operations and strategic planning of SolidSpace. Mr. Capps has taken SolidSpace from a small web hosting company to a full service Data Center that offers small to mid-size businesses network services, application hosting and broadband Internet services.

Mr. Capps is also the CEO of Pendulab, which has seen just as many positive changes with his guidance of operational and financial forecasting. Pendulab has maintained its leadership in the Flash Chat and Affiliate Marketing industries with its software applications, ChatBlazer and AffiliateShop. With the growth of the social online and mobile gaming industry, Pendulab has begun developing online gaming portal technology for mobile, web and social network innovators, including its own consumer social gaming port, www.viwawa.com.

Todd Hunter

Senior Vice President of Technology

Mr. Hunter holds certifications with both Cisco and Microsoft. His certifications include: CCNP, CCDA, MCSA, CCA and that list is always growing. Mr. Hunter has 12 years of experience working in the IT industry.

Mr. Hunter joined NetUnlimited in 1998 and functioned as a Network Engineer and later a Systems Administrator. During his tenure with divine (formerly NetUnlimted) Mr. Hunter held the position of Director of Hosting Operations. As Senior VP of Technology for SolidSpace, Mr. Hunter's key responsibilities have been the operation of our Data Center facility. The Operations umbrella includes management of the SolidSpace technical staff and over seeing the implementation of hardware and software.

Mr. Hunter also functions as a Sales Engineer providing SolidSpace cliental with sound technical solutions to meet their IT demands.
