1. Open a web browser and go to http://mail.<yourdomain>
2. Enter your email address and password, and click "Logon"

Web Messaging Lite is a new low bandwidth option for users with slow connections, like dial up, to access their mailboxes faster

3. Once you are logged in this will be your main screen

 

4. Click new to compose a new email address and you will notice you now have more options

 

5. To change your preferences click preferences in the left hand column to view your 7 options. When you have the option you need click the save button under User Preferences.
