1. Click on the Mail Icon

2. In the "Mail" menu, select "Preferences".

 

3. In the Accounts / Account Information window, change the Account Type to "POP", and fill your email address, password and incoming/outgoing mail servers (should be mail.yourdomain)

 

4. Click on "Server Settings". It will open a new window "SMTP Server Options". Change the authentication method to "Password" and fill your email address and password as shown below.
