    White Listing a Sender

  • Sometimes an email will be marked as Spam and it should not be; if you want to make sure the sender's emails are never blocked in the future, you can add their email address to your White List. All you need to do is click on an email from the person you want to White list to open it. Then click Add to Address Book

  • When the message opens you can click Save Address. This automatically adds the user's email address to your White list so that all future emails from this sender will pass through the spam filter untouched.

Note: If you wanted to white list an entire domain you could add all@theirdomain to the address book. For instance, if you wanted to white list all emails coming from solidspace.com you could add all@solidspace.com to your web address book.

    Move Emails to your Inbox

  • Now let's move the email to your Inbox. Click on Move To as shown

  • Then select INBOX from the drop down

  • To jump to your inbox, simply select inbox from the tree view in the left hand column.
