Dedicated server hosting and colocation customers can add a full managed services plan to their existing plan at any time. Our full managed services offer you a great deal of continuous protection, server monitoring, and advanced server management.

With two levels of responsive support available, SolidSpace can customize your server management to fit your needs and budget. SolidSpace will act as first responder to all alerts generated by the monitoring system during the specified Managed Services Support Hours.

    Responsive Support Levels

    Tier 1 Managed Services includes Regular Business Hours, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM EST/EDT remote and hands on service for all devices. 


    Tier 2 Managed Service is available to our data center clients only and includes Regular Business Hours and After Hours, Monday – Sunday 24 Hours remote and hands on service for all devices.

 

 

Availability Monitoring Services

The SolidSpace Availability Monitoring System provides detailed reports of the monitored process's uptime that can be emailed daily or weekly. The Monitoring Service runs in:

  • Three (3) minute polling intervals, and
  • must receive three (3) consecutive failures before triggering an alert
  • Alerts can be sent via email, SMS or text message.
