Remote Reboot Customers subscribing to remote power reboot have the ability to cycle the power using the Remote Power Management Unit via a web browser. Unlike the consumer grade units in the market, these are data center grade devices.
Server Monitoring
Verifies that your system is available and reachable on the network. Alerts notify the client and SolidSpace technical support if a system is not available. Monitors include but not limited to: Ping , HTTP, POP3, SMTP, FTP, disk space and server utilization. SolidSpace utilizes three (3) monitoring systems:
LiveStats Statistic Reporting Tool
SolidSpace's stats reporting tool is far more than just another log analyzer. It analyzes web site traffic in real-time and generates "Live Stats" reports in an easy to use web interface. Over and above the standard traffic reports, the SolidSpace tool includes many specialty reports that can be queried live, 24/7. You have the ability to generate over 50 reports that can help you target your marketing effort. Most of these reports have zoom views that show more detailed information. These reports give you insight into the behavior of customers and potential customers such as what keywords they used to reach your site, which search engines or referrers referred them, and how long they stayed.
Daily Backup Service
With the SolidSpace backup services, we take the daily worry off your staff. You will no longer need to rely on a staff member to remember to rotate backup tapes daily and take them to a secure offsite location. Our systems automatically schedule a daily backup of all your company's data. The backup services include multiple backup versions, data encryption and offsite storage. Our goal is to assure our clients that their data is backed up to an offsite location regularly and consistently.
SolidSpace's recovery services assist a client with the recovery of a single file or a full system recovery. Our Recovery Services allow clients immediate access to all backups through a web browser and GUI interface. Clients are able to recover from any backup version, recover an individual file, perform a point-in-time recovery, or perform a full system recovery.
