Definitions:

Native server components:
DHCP server, DNS Server, IIS, Active Directory or any component included on the installation disk of the operating system.

Stable device:
SolidSpace must perform a device health assessment to ensure the device is stable before starting any managed service plan. The device must be updated with all current patches, anti virus definitions and cleared of all hardware defects.  Cost of each assessment depends on current condition of device and requested services.
